Daphnée Fouquet

Daphnée Fouquet is a member of the Paris Bar and has practiced business law in several French and American/British law firms and in an international company; she has acquired a practical experience in both advisory and litigation before civil and commercial Courts.

She holds a Master 1 in Tax and Corporate Law and a Legal Counsel Diploma (DJCE) from the University of Nancy. She obtained the Certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (CAPA) and was sworn in in 2021.

Daphnée regularly practices running. She has completed several half-marathons, including the half-marathon of Bari in Italy, where she came in second with a time of 1h41m. She also has a particular interest in trekking, which she has practiced climbing Mounts Teide and Etna, and currently trains as a professional salsa dancer.

She is a member of the association InitiaDROIT which aims to make high school students aware of their rights and duties through interventions made by lawyers in class.
